EU Right of Withdrawal

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

The book should be returned in the condition in which it was received. You may handle the book only as necessary to inspect it. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the book. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To exercise this right, please contact hello.juliesstorybook@gmail.com within the 14-day withdrawal period. You will then receive the return address and return instructions. Please do not send your order back before contacting JULIE'S STORYBOOK.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the book. After notifying JULIE'S STORYBOOK of your withdrawal, you must return the book without undue delay and no later than 14 days after providing notice.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your book arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact hello.juliesstorybook@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Please do not return the book unless requested to do so. The issue will be reviewed and an appropriate solution will be arranged. This may include a replacement or refund. If a return is required because the book is damaged, defective or incorrect, you will not be charged the return costs.

Orders That Have Not Arrived

If your order has not arrived, please contact hello.juliesstorybook@gmail.com with your order number so the shipment can be investigated and an appropriate solution can be found.

Cancellations

JULIE'S STORYBOOK books are printed on demand. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact hello.juliesstorybook@gmail.com as soon as possible.

An attempt will be made to cancel the order before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method.

For returns under the EU right of withdrawal, the refund may be withheld until the returned book has been received or you have provided evidence that the book has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
